Dr Patrick Oriyomi, a certified MBA holder in Business Administration from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, United Kingdom (UK) is a Nigerian businessman, successful under 40 CEO and Entrepreneur who earned spotlight for his contribution to the Real Estate Industry in Nigeria with many awards to his accolade over the years and amongst are;

In 2008, He started his career working as Finance Manager for Mission Support Network Centre and served there for ten (10) years as head of the Cost Control Unit of the Finance Department before resigning to then start up his own company “Photizo Properties Limited” in 2018.

However, growing up, was not all bed of roses for Dr. Patrick Oriyomi as he had times he faced the hardship like many common Nigerians below the middle class status and to the point that he hawked food stuffs on the street at his early age as well as did other menial jobs to support himself and family. In one of his recent published interviews, he acknowledged that his Mother played a huge part in his success story as she always motivate him to stay focus on his latent potentials and the level of success presently reached in his career is indeed proof that yielding the advice over the years despite the odds paid off.

Inspired by his life journey, Dr. Patrick Oriyomi’s first book as an author will be out in March across online stores and physical bookstores nationwide.

In the book, he pointed out many problems of entrepreneurs some of which include; The difficulty and inability of many of them to make up their minds, their acceptance of staying in a comfort zone cause of the fear of risking a new path into the unknown, the fear of losing secured good pay salary jobs and other challenging limits including those indebted to long years of service working for another and unable to figure out what to do in the event of letting go of the job to push further to attain a much higher career fleet.
