Teacher Arrested For Computer Theft In Delta State

A Delta state teacher with Nana Primary School was on Saturday, March 6, arrested by the men of the Delta state police command for allegedly ste@ling eight out of fifteen Zinox computer systems supplied to the school by the Delta State Government.

According to a statement released by the command spokesperson, DSP Bright Edafe, the suspect, 34-year-old Oki Precious was arrested after a complaint lodged by the school authorities on March 2 about the stolen computers.

It was later discovered that the suspect is the computer operator working in the school and employed by the parent-teachers association (PTA) of the school.

The suspect led the police to his house where seven (7) computers were recovered. The case has been charged to court.thef
