Premier League Shock Fans With Manager Of The Month Award For April 2023

The Premier League has announced the winner of the best manager of the Month award for April 2023.

Aston Villa’s manager, Unai Emery was named the winner of the award following his fantastic form since he returned to the Premier League. He led Villa to five wins in their seven games which was played in April.

The 51-year-old beat fellow nominees Pep Guardiola, Roy Hodgson, Eddie Howe, and Gary O’Neil after votes from the public were combined by a panel of football experts.

The Spaniard is the first Aston Villa head coach to win the award since Dean Smith in December 2020.

He will hope that he can lead Villa to a European qualification next season
