Oxlade Reacts As Twitter User Compares Him To Wande Coal

Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, better known by his stage name Oxlade, Nigerian singer and composer has reacted to an unpopular opinion by a Twitter user.

Music lovers are always guaranteed to start a topic, and this time it’s about a comparison between Oxlade and Wande Coal.

The popular recording and performing musician from Nigeria, Oxlade, has responded to the comparison.

A social media user, @vantage_suite, took to Twitter to start a conversation with the artist.

He said;

“Unpopular opinion: Oxlade has a better singing voice and vocal range than Wande coal”, a post which has sparked debate on Twitter.

The “Ojuju” singer responded to the tweet. The connection, in Oxlade’s opinion, was unnecessary because Wande Coal has been a significant source of musical influence for him.

“Very unpopular and a big cap . Learnt everything from that man. Let’s dead this narative please 🙏🏿🫶🏽“,
