Nothing Is Bad Marrying A Woman Given Birth Before – Islamic Scholar, Al-Baarizy

The Ilorin-born Islamic Scholar, Uztaz AbdulRaheem Abdullah Salaty (Al-Baarizy) has enjoined men, during his Ramadan public lecture, to consider marrying women who had lost their previous marriage to divorce or widowhood and with a child or more.

The Scholar, citing the common slang —After One— as being used for those women with kids but not more in marriage, said the men should rethink their choice of women.

“Not all men would marry virg!ns as Allah has designed the life in such a way that some people would marry with divine blessings and happiness those who have been to a marital relationship before the incumbent one”.

God takes the union of two people in marriage very seriously; however, at times many of us rush into (and out of) His Will, don’t listen to His voice, or choose to “do our own thing.”

As a result (of not following Him explicitly) we sometimes (feel we made a mistake and) want a “do-over.”

Divorce is often the consequence of those relational decisions in conjunction with the selfishness of one or both parties in a marriage. Sadly, some reports now have “Muslims” marriages ending even more often than “non-believers.”

What God intricately joins together physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, separated (or ripped apart) by man can leave scarring only He can heal, and maybe that’s why He is so stringent on the topic.
