NIWIF Stands For Nigerian Women Initiative Forum

Nigerian Women Initiative Forum is an Initiative program hosted by and for people who want to enact positive change in the orientation of an average Nigerian women towards politics and also uplifting the standard of living of a young Nigerian woman by empowerment. It is also a space for learning, inspiration, networking, and collaboration. Participants can also come to share and learn about initiatives for change from around Nigeria. It gives room for lectures, personal stories, discussions, celebrating the intellectuals, warm the cold hearts, and rejuvenate the spirit.

This Initiative Forum is for every Young Nigerian woman who wants to make an influential stand out in Nigeria and the world today. It seeks to nurture the potential of individuals and projects wherever they are standing. It is a place to share and work on Initiatives and to find new inspiration. There will be space to exhibit or present your projects, work on your projects with other initiative-takers, share skills, find, or become a mentor or get input on your questions from the participant network.

Looking into the challenges in our country and what we as women are facing today, the urgent need to bring life to our being, our becoming, our creations and Nigerian women as a whole, should be recognised.

In order for this to be supported, it is important to find ways for creativity to become the source of our individual and collective actions.

The Initiative Forum therefore hosts a process of initiation, transformation and emergence. In this way it brings opportunities to the participants to learn and reflect and to nurture their personal understanding and awareness of the current world situations and possible solutions. A space will be created for and by everyone to share, exchange, connect and celebrate with one another the initiatives, questions, knowledge and journeys we are all living.

With this initiative forum we believe strong foundation will be created for all of us to go out and bring this new future into being in our personal lives and environments. Doing so, we spread the seeds of positive transformation into the lives of the Nigerian Women.
