Final Year Poly Student killed by Suspected Fulani Herdsmen

Isaac Thomas, a final year student of Nuhu Bamali Polytechnic, Zaria, has been brutally murdered by hoodlums suspected to be Fulani militia in Atakmawei, Zamandabo ward, in Atyap Chiefdom, Zangon Kataf Local Government Area (LGA) in Southern Kaduna.

The incident was confirmed by the National Public Relations Officer of the Southern Kaduna People’s Union (SOKAPU), on Friday, September 11. According to the union, Isaac, his brother Anthony Magaji, and one other person, were said to have been ambushed by the Fulani militia on the way to their sugar cane farm on 8th September, 2020.

They were said to have been attacked with daggers and machetes, which left Isaac h@cked to death, while his brother, an OND student of the same school, managed to escape with life threatening injuries, and the third person escaped with less injury.
