In what will come across as a really dramatic development, police officers in the nation of Libya have punished some young men in an interesting manner.

The officers shaved the heads of the 13 young men as punishment for harassing girls at a shopping mall in Ajdabya city.

According to reports, the young men were caught abusing some girls and families during shopping to buy clothes for Eid celebration.
