“COVID-19 Is Real,” Singer Teni Advises Nigerians

Nigerian Afro-pop singer, Teniola Apata, better known as Teni, has advised Nigerians on the dangers of COVID-19.

The ‘For You’ crooner took to her Instagram page to share a video in which she highlights the importance of keeping to the safety guidelines of frequent handwashing, using hand sanitizers and wearing nose masks.

In her words:

“You guys, listen, COVID-19 is real o. Wash your hands. Make sure you are keeping safe o. This thing is real o. Make sure you carry your sanitizers everywhere you go. Make sure you wear your masks. This thing is very real.”

The award-winning singer added that she is going to get herself vaccinated because she is still enjoying her life and can’t afford to risk it.
