Tinubu Will Get Most Votes From Youths – APC North-West Youth Leader

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Northwest youth leader Abdulhamid Mohammad has said that the highest votes for the party’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, will come from the youths.
Stating further, Mohammad said that the largest component that will ensure the party’s presidential candidate’s win in 2023 will be from the Northwest.

Since they have been working so hard to rally grassroots support for the party’s candidates, he noted that there is need to involve more young people from the area in party operations.

The APC youth leader said: “Going by our calculations, we plan to get about 50 percent block votes from youths in the northwest for Tinubu/ Shetima in 2023. If we combine that with other targeted votes (from elderly people) that we have been making efforts to mobilize, then this will amount to about 10 to 12 million votes from the Northwest region alone.”

He said;

“The region, which is competitive, has been a stronghold of the APC and it is one of the deciding factors to cruise the party to victory in the 2023 presidential elections.

However, more youths from the Northwest must be carried along because we have started grassroots campaign like never before for the party.

”We are familiar with the Northwestern political terrain as youths that worked to garner support for President Muhammadu Buhari in 2015 and 2019 in the region and we need to be heard,”
