Odegaard Is Arsenal’s Player Of The Season

Midfielder Martin Odegaard has been picked as Arsenal’s Player of the Season for the 2022-23 campaign.

The former Real Madrid man was brilliant throughout the season and led the Gunners to a second place in the league this season.

He scored 15 goals and provided eight assists in 37 games across competitions for Mikel Arteta’s side.

Arsenal legend Ray Parlour picked Odegaard the Player of the Season for the north London side and lauded his ability and leadership.

“There’s been a lot of good performances. If you look at the centre-backs, there is William Saliba, but if I had to pick one player, Martin Odegaard has been excellent,” Parlour told Metro.

“He’s always on the ball, he has a good attitude during training. I like the way he plays. He always wants the ball, he is never injured, I think he’s been an excellent player.”
