The football community has been waiting to learn what Lionel Messi’s plans are for after the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

During a post-game press conference following the last Qatar2022 match against France, Messi reaffirmed this. The tiny magician, as he is affectionately known, claims that he does not have any plans to retire following the victory in Qatar.

I won’t retire, no. I want to continue wearing the Argentina jersey and playing as world champions.

Argentina won both the Copa America and the World Cup under Messi’s leadership. He has responded to people who have criticized him for always giving the first his best.
