Cristobal Soria, a popular Spanish journalist has launched a scathing attack on the French Ligue1 giants after the club susp3nded the superstar for travelling to Saudi Arabia unauthorised.

Soria said the Ligue1 champions should be thankful that a player like Messi even agreed to wear their shirt.

The Argentina superstar and World Cup winner grabbed headlines after travelling to Saudi Arabia, the country to which he is an ambassador.

He made the trip hours after PSG’s defeat to Lorient despite being required to report for training the next day, Monday.

For this reason, the French side decided to suspend the player for two weeks and banned him from using the club’s training facilities.
