Emmanuel Dennis Ruled Out Of Nottingham Clash With Chelsea

Nigeria forward, Emmanuel Dennis will miss Nottingham Forest’s trip to Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

The versatile forward was not included in the Tricky Trees squad for Monday’s 4-3 home victory against Southampton.

Manager Steve Cooper has now revealed the former Club Brugge player missed the home win against the Saints with injury.

The Welshman further hinted that Awoniyi is not fit to face Chelsea in their next Premier League clash.

“Dennis has been injured. He picked up a knock in training before Southampton, and he is still not available.” Cooper told a press conference.

The 25-year-old has registered two goals and made two assists in league appearances for Forest this season.
