Cristiano Ronaldo Sued For B

Al Nassr striker Cristiano Ronaldo is embroiled in a class-action lawsuit demanding at least $1 billion in damages.

The Portugal captain faces legal action over endorsing cryptocurrency-related “non-fungible tokens” (NFTs) issued by Binance.

The lawsuit, filed in the Southern District of Florida’s federal court, accuses Ronaldo of engaging in “deceptive and unlawful” promotion of Binance.

Plaintiffs argue that Ronaldo’s endorsement, along with other high-profile figures, misled them into risky and expensive investments linked to Binance.

The suit read;

“Evidence now reveals that Binance’s fraud was only able to reach such heights through the offer and sale of unregistered securities, with the willing help and assistance of some of the wealthiest, powerful and recognized organizations and celebrities across the globe — just like Defendant Ronaldo”.
