Ten Hag Speaks On Having Regrets Over Handling Of Sancho
Manchester United’s manager, Erik ten Hag, stands firm without regrets in his handling of winger Jadon Sancho.
A rift emerged when Ten Hag criticized Sancho’s training efforts publicly in September, prompting a social media response from the player, who felt unfairly blamed for the club’s early-season struggles.
Sancho‘s refusal to retract his comments led to his exclusion from first-team action since then.
Despite speculation about Sancho’s potential return and Ten Hag’s future, the manager affirmed to United We Stand that he wouldn’t change his approach.
Sancho’s departure, either on loan or permanently, is anticipated in January.
