Tottenham Star Son Reveals Why He Rejected Big Money Move To Saudi Arabia
South Korean Heung-min Son has opened up about why he turned down a big-money move to Saudi Arabia this summer.
The Tottenham forward said he prefers to stay in the English Premier League, where he dreams of playing his football for a few more years.
The Premier League has lost a number of big-name players to the SPL this summer in a huge exodus, but Son still wants to play in the English top flight.
Son, according to talkSPORT, said:
“If I wanted to go there, I would not be here. I love playing football. Obviously, money is also important, but I dream of playing (in the) Premier League.”
He said it was interesting that most people are already moving to the Middle East at the moment, but added that the Premier League is still a dream for him.
