I Want To Be Like Drogba – Victor Osimhen Reveals

Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen, has named Chelsea legend, Didier Drogba, as the player he wants to emulate.

Osimhen said that Drogba is his idol in football, adding that he loved watching the Ivorian legend when he was growing up as a kid.

Speaking with Sport1, the Nigerian international said,

“Didier Drogba is my idol.

“I loved watching him play as a kid. I always wanted to be like him.

He added:

“We want to give the title to Napoli fans. The passion for football here is simply something you can’t describe”.

Osimhem has been impressive for Napoli so far this season.

The 24-year-old, who is currently the top scorer in the Serie A, has four goals in the Champions League after scoring a brace against Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday.
