Why I Visited Wike – Peter Obi

The presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi has revealed why he paid the governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike a visit.

Recall that there were insinuations that Wike might defect to Labour Party after he was defeated in the Peoples Democratic Party presidential primary.

Obi visited him yesterday.

Revealing the reason for the visit, Obi took to Twitter and wrote:

“Earlier today, I visited Port-Harcourt, to confer with H.E. @GovWike on vital issues of national interest. – PO”
