There are thousands of schools in the country; each of them inhibits teachers who ensure that knowledge is transmitted to students or wards.
There are stages and developments in the education cycle ranging from the creche, kindergarten, nursery, primary, secondary until it gets to the advanced stage of schooling, all of these stages are made a success through the help and commitments of teachers.
The country has produced great scholars, doctors, lawyers, and erudite of different fields, none of them avoided the impact of teachers. Through the process of moral guidance, academic improvement, psychological upbringing, teachers are regarded second to parents. They are what make knowledge circulatory as no one would have known what he/she knew without the help of schooling which of course encompasses the presence of teachers.
It is therefore special enough to recognize their tremendous impacts in preceding generations and forthcoming ones. In the society, they can never be regarded as insignificant as their pool of knowledge is what everyone who had attained greatness had once taken a bathe in.
On this note, the Deputy Coordinator of National Association of Nigerian Students in Southwest, Com. Akinwunmi Akeem Akinshola wishes all teachers a Happy World Teachers Day. You are all special and so, you deserve this special and wonderful celebration on behalf of all students in the zone.
Your impacts are appreciated, you are worthy of the recognition. We are grateful for the development you contribute to, they have always been a great legacy. God bless you and give you the strength to keep doing more.
