Graham Potter Names Chelsea First-Choice Penalty Taker

The manager of Chelsea Football Club, Graham Potter has announced who will be the first-choice penalty taker.

Potter was speaking at a pre-match press conference ahead of the UEFA Champions League clash against Borussia Dortmund. He confirmed that Kai Havertz is the club’s penalty taker following the departure of Jorginho to Arsenal.

Kai [Havertz] is the designated penalty taker in the absence of Jorginho.

The Italian had an almost perfect penalty record for the Blues while he was at Stamford Bridge. However, Chelsea supporters will hope Havertz can better the ratio of penalties scored by Jorginho whenever he is called upon.
